CORONA

Now CORONA is known to everyone in the world. That is Viral CORONA.

But other CORONA is known to Electrical Engineers only is Electrical CORONA.


Both are natural phenomenon having similarity as under.

1.      Electrical Corona causes Loss of Energy.

Viral Corona causes Loss of Human.

2.      Electrical Corona is restricted by increasing spacing between conductors.

Viral Corona is controlled by increasing distance between humans, i.e. Quarantine.

3.      Electrical Corona is reduced by increasing diameter of conductor.

(Actual increase of conductor diameter and making it hollow because center of conductor is not sharing current due to skin effect. Alternatively virtual increase of diameter using bundle conductor as its effective diameter is more).

Viral Corona is controlled using actual shield like personal protective body suit or can be control using virtual protective shield by boosting immunity of human.

4.      Electrical Corona is controlled by providing Corona Control Rings at terminals.

 Viral Corona can be controlled by wearing mask by every one.

5.      Electrical Corona is more in highly ionized air  as during monsoon.

Viral Corona control is hampered in polluted environment. Maintain pollution free environment by avoiding smoking, spitting, garbage etc.

6.      Electrical Corona is more at low pressure like hilly area.

 Viral Corona can have better control with high pressure by administration

7.      We electrical engineers are experts for Electrical Corona and ever eager and act to reduce it.

Doctor and Police are experts for Viral Corona. Scrupulously follow the directives from administration and pursue others also.
